About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Senior Inventory Specialist to lead and manage our high-throughput laboratory inventory operations. You will optimize stock levels of critical biologics, CRISPR reagents, and specialized consumables, improve inventory accuracy through data-driven tracking systems, and collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, cical development, and supply-chain partners to ensure uninterrupted research and business operations.

Requirements

3–5 years of relevant experience in bio-tech, laboratory material management, or high-compliance supply chain operations.

Hands-on Inventory Management track record overseeing cold-chain storage (-80°C, liquid nitrogen) and serialized raw materials.

Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to forecast consumptionrates and prevent critical inventory bottlenecks.

Exemplary communication and coordination skills across scientific researchers, executive leadership, and certified third-party logistics vendors.

Job Location & Schedule
Boston, United States • Hybrid / On-site: Physical presence required for lab material oversight (approx. 3–4 days/week on-site at our Boston innovation campus), with flexibility for administrative and forecasting tasks.
